The support service for the VPS Server service is provided during office hours:
By opening a Trouble Ticket from the Aruba Support website for technical support.
By calling the number (+39)0575-0505 solely for sales and administrative information.
The support service includes the following:
- Sales support: to help you choose the products and services that suit your needs;
- Internet connection support: for problems with availability or speed of Internet connection;
- Administrative support: for upgrades, service renewals, payments and billing.
However, the installation of any software that is not included on delivery, the maintenance and configuration of the installed programs (patches, updates etc.), the safety of the server and the Backup is all at the expense of the customer.
The staff of Aruba shall take care of maintenance of the hardware node that hosts the virtual servers.
